Stars - Earth - Serbian Proverb - Single Blank Card - All Occasion - Metallic - Navy Blue - Star Foil Hand Made Paper Lined Envelopes

This paper is one of my favorite papers in the world. I love the dark blue background with the silver foil stars on it. This is another paper that has been sitting waiting for the right quote to come along to share it's use with me. I firmly believe the paper picks the project, much like the paper picks the customer, or (for Harry Potter lovers) the wand picks the wizard and/or witch. Anyhow, a friend shared the Serbian Proverb that is on this card and I knew immediately it was the right card quote for the paper used to line the envelope that comes with the card.

Sold as a single 4Bar (3 1/2" x 4 7/8") folded card with a hand-lined envelope. The card stock is a light metallic cream color. The envelope is a cream matte stock - it has no metallic shine to it - the stars on the lining add the sparkle and capture the metallic coloring of the card stock to pull it all together. The proverb is printed in navy blue ink to match the paper lining the envelope. The card is blank for you to write your own personal message.

Please note that while the envelope liner is pretty identical, the pattern of stars is random across the page and the blue in some spaces may be darker than in others. All this means that no envelope is the same.

This is truly a gorgeous card - simple, elegant, and inspiring. Perfect for tough times, good times, failures, successes, joyous occasions, sad occasions.
