Loss is such a delicate period. We tend to need more of our loved ones during this time. Maybe not physically, but emotionally. Those that take the time to let you know they are there without being demanding or forceful or smothering, are the gems during that rough period. I know, because I've experienced loss several times, but not quite as deep as when my father passed away seven years ago. He's the reason I have this stationery business, and I'm sure the reason why I had that dream in Italy seven years ago, too. This journey is as much about my Dad as it is about me.

Anyhow, when putting together a card to express sympathy for my loved ones and by extent your loved ones, I was drawn to the quote that adorns this card. (And is shared above in the listing.) The sentiment is so simple and striking, yet calming. And it's how I like to believe my Dad exists still in this world.

Sold as a single A2 (4.25" x 5.5") folded card with a hand-lined envelope. Paper stock is matte cream, with the envelope being of the same stock. The envelope lining is as appears - turquoise with gold and black marbling. The lining is handmade from India. No envelope is the same due to the way I cut out the lining and to the marble pattern on the paper.

This is truly a gorgeous card with depth. It will allow you to share your sentiment and will undoubtedly be appreciated by the person you give it to.
